Welcome to Your Therapy, a safe, welcoming, counselling therapy practice that offers confidential, mental-health assessment and treatment in the Greater Toronto Area. Your Therapy specializes in compassionate, goal-oriented treatment for individuals, couple and families while holding itself to the highest possible standard of care.
Your Therapy was founded by Anu Chahauver-Nelson, a registered social worker with over two decades of healthcare experience focused on helping people face their mental health challenges.
Prior to entering full-time private practice, Anu was on staff at Toronto’s world-renowned SickKids hospital for 14 years, where she provided medical and mental health services to children, families and individuals. Anu also led the team providing clinical family-therapy training for psychiatry residents and Masters-level social work and psychology interns.
Just as importantly, Anu is also a busy working mom, so her therapeutic methods are informed and strengthened by her own family life and experiences.Years Experience
